About Credit Score Estimator
Public credit-score estimates read repayment history as ratios: how much of a debt was cleared over windows of ten bills, seven bills and two bills, and what share is still outstanding.
This page recomputes those ratios, weights them into a share from 0 to 100, and maps that share onto the usual 300-850 score scale, so the estimate and its exact recipe can be checked against the bands.
Questions about Credit Score Estimator
Is this the official score?
No. Real scores are private models over monthly payment history. This estimate uses the same signals and lands in the same bands, but a lender's number can differ.
Why are shorter windows weighted separately?
Recent payment behaviour matters most to a score. That is why the last-2-bills ratio gets its own weight rather than blending into the ten-bill history.
What raises a score fastest?
Paying down and going recent: both the ten-bill share paid and the recent windows carry weight, while a shrinking balance lifts the rest.
Can the inputs disagree with each other?
The amounts paid over nested windows must nest too, and paid plus the current balance cannot exceed the debt. Otherwise the tool says which line conflicts.
